When you signed up for a PayPal account, have you made a mistake of choosing a Business account instead of a Personal Account? Don’t worry, there is a way to downgrade your account.
Just follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click “Help & Contact” below.
- Look for the “Message Center” tab above.
- Click “Create New Message” button.
- Choose the following under Email us:
- My Account
- Changing Account Type
- Downgrade my Account
- Write your message.
- Send and wait for their reply if your account is already downgraded.
